1 ripe mango 120ml/4fl oz of plain yoghurt 1tbsp light honey, perhaps acacia 100ml/31/2fl oz water
Peel and chop the mango and place in a food processor, along with the yoghurt and honey.
Orange Juice:
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 cup 2% milk 1 cup water 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or less as desired) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 10 to 12 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into container of electric blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately
