There are a lot of people who say that eating fish is a much healthier alternative to eating other types of meats. The truth is that seafood is healthy for your body because it contains omega-3 fatty acids which help the body protect itself from heart disease. These choices include Chilean sea bass, orange roughy, shark, and grouper. Most of these choices were made because of the high levels of mercury found in these fish depending on the area they are in. Also, fish were added to the four different categories depending on if how the fish were caught caused damage to our environment.
